These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on the Pressure website.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products
Pressure offers physical products subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
In case of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and refunded.
4. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Pressure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:
- suspected fraud
- payment issues
- stock errors
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout.
Pressure reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods include:

- Apple Pay
All payments are processed through secure providers.
7. Delivery
Delivery conditions, shipping fees and timelines are detailed in the Shipping & Payments page.
Pressure cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery.

9. Returns
Returned products must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- with original tags
- in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to Pressure.
10. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
11. Liability
Pressure shall not be held liable for:
- indirect damages
- misuse of products
- delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.)
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, texts, logo, design) is the exclusive property of Pressure.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

14. Governing Law
